From May, 18 our guild opened for english-speaking players.
Our progress:

One 25-man raid

Attumen down first try
Moroes down third try
Maiden of Virtue down first try
Opera House complete second try
Curator down first try
Terestian Illhoof down third try
Shade of Aran down third try
Chess Event complete
Prince Malchezaar down first try
Nightbane down third try

Gruul's Lair progress:
High King Maulgar down second try
Gruul the Dragonkiller - 4% first try

In addition:
1. Guild chat main language is still Russian but ofc all information you need to know will be given on English, as well English  is allowed to speak freely in guild chat.
2. Same situation is on guild ventrillo.
3. You can expand your application with following options:
  a. Previous guild's, mayby leaving reason
  b. Your raid experience
  c. Link to your gear profile
  d. Your time zone, common online time, preferable raiding day
  e. Your in game aims
  f. Your age and occupation [absolutely optional] to help you find friends in guild with shared interests
4. Although we inviting English speaking players we cant guarantee that all ("member" and below status) memebers know English well and you must be ready to get no reply for your questions or something wrong or unreadable.
4.1. However all officer rank players know English well and always ready to help you.
4.2. All English speaking players in guild will have respective guild note stating that fact.
